Each piece is made in our Parisian atelier in the 17th arrondissement, in the heart of rue Labie. We work the leather here with care, in small runs, with a local, atelier-based approach. No subcontracting, no imports: every creation comes to life here, in the hands of the Suki team. The atelier also houses a welcoming shop, designed as a place to meet and discover Suki leather goods.
Frequently asked questions
Does a passport really fit inside?
- Yes. The 15.5 × 12 cm envelope format is designed around the passport: it holds it with your travel papers, closed with a leather-covered snap.
What is the difference between Nikiti, Sévilla, Bisou and Dream?
- The same envelope, four motifs: hearts cut by hand, then covered or inlaid into the leather. The construction — flap, snap, nylon lining — is identical.
Is it a good travel gift?
- Yes — all the more so as it can be engraved at the atelier: initials, a short name or a date, in gold, silver or natural (+€30). Delivered in a cotton pouch, ready to give.
Does the leather stand up to travel?
- Yes. Full-grain, vegetable-tanned cowhide develops a patina with use, and the tough, waterproof nylon lining protects the inside. A soft cloth is all the day-to-day care it needs.
