Official rules — “Le Porte-Bonheur” draw

Article 1 — Organiser
The “Le Porte-Bonheur” draw is organised by Amandine Simon, sole trader (SUKI-PARIS AMANDINE SIMON), SIREN 533 427 878, registered office at 6 rue Labie, 75017 Paris, France (“Suki Paris”), operator of suki-paris.com.
Article 2 — Principle and duration
Le Porte-Bonheur is a monthly prize draw, free to enter with no purchase necessary. First draw on August 31, 2026, then on the last day of each month, until discontinued by the organiser with at least one month's notice given via the newsletter.
Article 3 — Entry
Entry is open to any adult natural person residing in metropolitan France or Japan who is subscribed to the Suki Paris newsletter on the date of the draw. Subscribing to the newsletter — free and cancellable at any time — constitutes entry into all upcoming draws; subscription and entry are inseparable, of which the entrant is informed at the time of subscription. One entry per person (one email address per natural person). Unsubscribing from the newsletter withdraws the entrant from subsequent draws. Members of the Suki Paris team and their immediate family are excluded.
Article 4 — Draw
The draw takes place within 5 business days following the last day of the month, by random selection among subscribers active on the date of the draw. The organiser keeps a record of it.
Article 5 — Prize
The winner chooses one wallet among the Suki Paris models and colours available on the day of the draw. Initials engraving on request and shipping included (metropolitan France and Japan). Indicative value of the prize, personalised engraving included: €180. The prize is not exchangeable, refundable or convertible into cash. An unavailable prize may be replaced by a prize of equivalent value.
Article 6 — Announcement and delivery
The winner is contacted by email at the subscribed address. Without a reply within 14 days, a new draw is carried out for the month concerned. The winner's first name and last-name initial are published on the Suki Paris website and social media, unless the winner objects in reply to the announcement email.
Article 7 — Personal data
- Email addresses are processed by Suki Paris through its provider Klaviyo for sending the newsletter and managing the draw. Access, rectification and erasure rights: hello@suki-paris.com. Unsubscribing (link at the bottom of every email) withdraws you from subsequent draws. Details: the site's privacy policy.
Article 8 — Acceptance and liability
Entering implies acceptance of these rules. The organiser cannot be held liable for technical failures in email delivery. These rules are governed by French law.
