You choose your leathers and your patterns, then cut, glue and dye. You leave with your own passport holder, stamped with your name.
Step 1
You choose your leathers.
Mint, pink, cognac, midnight… Amandine spreads her hides across the workbench. You compare, you hesitate, you choose.
Step 2
You paint your patterns.
Clouds, lightning bolts, hearts: with stencils and brushes, you dye the leather. No two ever turn out the same.
Step 3
You cut, you glue.
Punches, mallet, glue. The hidden gestures of leatherwork, the ones you never see on a finished piece.
Step 4
Amandine's machine.
It looks imposing, but it doesn't bite. Amandine guides you through the stitching, the delicate step.
Step 5
Your name, hot-stamped.
A first name, initials, a sweet word. One pass under the gilding press, and the holder bears your signature.
Break
Amandine's cupboards.
There's always a little sweet treat hiding somewhere. It shows up at just the right moment, between two presses.
The end
You leave with it.
A passport holder made with your own hands, one of a kind, that will travel with you for years to come.
