By placing an order on the website you agree without reservation, to these terms and conditions. Suki-paris reserves the right to adapt or modify the T&C’s at any time, the version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to any transaction is the T&C’s published at the date of the order.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
By placing an order you agree with no reserve to the terms and conditions of the website. In the event of any conflict, the present terms and conditions will prevail over any other document provided by the client. These conditions apply to any sale from our website, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Any other document that the present general conditions, such as catalogues, flyers, manuals, don’t have contract value.
Products sold on the website come with a description, in accordance with French Consumer Code L111-1 that when placing an order, the client aknowledges the product characteristics.
Products are considered as compliant if the following conditions fulfilled : (i) they shall be compliant with the description and have the features mentioned on the Website; (ii) they shall be compliance with the uses which may reasonably be expected of it; (iii) they shall compliant with the quality and strength which may reasonably be expected of similar products.
The client aknowledges that elements such as pictures, text, graphic design are non-contractual and are intented for illustration purpose only.
OBLIGATIONS DU CLIENT

You agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information needed to complete the transaction, such as valid full name, address, phone number and e-mail address. suki-paris.com shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequences that may arise for the Client by reason of having sent any inaccurate, inexact or incomplete information or documentation. Once the order is placed, suki-paris.com will send a confirmation e-mail and inform the client when items ship. The Client can modify these information by sending an e-mail within 24 hours to email@example.com
Purchase is valid after payment is accepted. Suki-paris reserves the right to cancel an order in the eventuality of a dispute with a past order. The Company undertakes to honour orders only within the limit of available product stock. suki-paris.com will inform the Client of product availability when confirming the order. In case of unavailability the Client will be refunded. Product unavailability can under no circunstance be considered as Lanasha liability and give the client right to request any retribution.
Price are mentioned in the Website in Euros, Pound Sterling for United-Kingdom and US Dollars for United States of America and Canada. Prices includes V.A.T. but excluded any shipping fees, customs duties and other taxes.Participation to shipping and handling fees will be stated in the Client’s Cart when approving the order. Suki-paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced and paid on the basis of the rates in force at the time of placing the order, subject to availability.
suki-paris.com delivers to France and to European Union. Upon demand we can deliver to other countries, taxes and custom may apply. The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, being specified that it must be the address of the customer’s residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.
Delivery time indicated on the website are indicatives and based on the average delivery time. They can be modified according to stock availability, the client will be informed when the order is approved.
Customer must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (including in particular: house number number/name, building number/name, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers for the intercom, etc.). Any irregularities concerning delivery such as damaged package, missing products, degraded products, products not in compliance with the order must be reported to the transporter and to suki-paris.com within 3 days after receiving the order, by certified letter. Suki-paris cannot be liable for the late Delivery caused by the transporter. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. Please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. Please be aware that your package can be inspected by customs and that the outter packaging may thus be altered.
Payment must be made in full when placing your order. All purchases made on the website are protected and secured 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. By clicking on any credit card, the customer is directed to the secured payment website Paypal which uses the widely recognized standard of security technology, SSL. Upon payment, the customer shall indicate his or her card number, the validity date, and the CVV code on the back of the credit card. Orders may not be accepted if we are unable to secure payment for your order.
You can exchange your item within 10 days upon receipt of your oder. You must request an exchange by e-mail. The Client is liable for the exchange shipping fees and for the transportation of the item. Items must be its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). If the item is not returned within 1 week, the return will be considered as voided and you will keep your item. The returned item will be exchange within 15 working days after we receive it. Any delivery sent by the customer without first submitting a written request to the email address “firstname.lastname@example.org will not result in an exchange.
RIGHT TO CANCEL A SALE AND RETURN OF ORDERED ITEMS
In accordance with article L 121-20 of French Consumer Code, the customer shall have a period of 14 days upon receiving the ordered items to exercise the right to cancel the sale without having to justify reasons or pay penalty fees. GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Suki-paris ’s liability related to the Products is limited to the sale price of each product. Suki-paris will not be responsible or liable for any following losses, whenever its cause:
any damage inherent to to the use of the internet, loss of income or sale, loss from operations, loss of profits or contracts, loss of savings, loss of information, time-loss injury and operating loss, damage to image, loss of opportunity, moral damage.
All components of the website, whether visual or audio, including its underlying technology, are the exclusive property of suki-paris.com and are subject both to copyright protection and protection afforded by provisions regarding trademark and patent rights.
Reproduction in part or in full of any of these components whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, and for any reason whatsoever, without the prompt and prior consent of suki-paris.com, is strictly prohibited.
By using this website you acknowledge that it is protected by the French law, which prevails on any other international law. You may not permanently store, copy, reproduce or retransmit any part of the contents of the pages on this site without our prior written permission.
Upon the occurrence of an event of force majeure, the concerned party shall inform the other within a period of fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of this event, by email or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Specifically considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous event, in addition to those regularly cited by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals, are total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other actions of an industrial nature or commercial disputes, civil unrest, insurrection, war, terrorism, bad weather, epidemics, blocking of the means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or statutory restrictions, legal or regulatory modifications of marketing changes, computer failure, blocking of telecommunications, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other instance independent of the will of the parties preventing the normal execution of the contractual relationship.
All the obligations of the parties will be suspended for the duration of the event of force majeure, without compensation. If the event of force majeure continues for more than three (3) months, the contract may be terminated without compensation for one or other of the parties.
If one of the provisions of these GTCS were found to be null and void or not binding, the other GTCS would remain valid.
The present general terms and conditions of sale are governed by the French law.
Any dispute which may arise between the parties out of the development, the interpretation, and/or the execution of the present general terms and conditions of sale will be, in the absence of friendly settlement, subject to the sole jurisdiction of the commercial court in Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris). Applicable texts of the civil code and consumer code.

The client information can be communicated to IT third parties. Suki-paris can use technical means to collect non personal data in order to improve the website experience.
